The sauce is in the pan

This is one of the more obscure titles I have given to date.

The gist of the matter is simple. We direct our eyes to see what matters or triggers us at the moment. We also direct our eyes to movement and toward danger or away from it as instinct of our species.

Breath is a major key in connecting our subconscious to the conscious. Our eyes do the same on a different level. We reveal our focus and resolve by them, express emotion as a part of society or the void of an emotional tear and much more.

We are able to affect our inside from the outside by directing our eyes in natural ways.

  1. Relax – pan your eyes left to right with the rhythm of the breath. This naturally relaxes us and allows us to elevate performance in stressful environments.
  2. Maintain composure – Keep your gaze forward and relax your focus to allow the field of sight to see more of the up and down of the field of vision.
  3. Find new thoughts and objects in the field of sight – look forward and extend your field of sight to the left and then to the right by relaxing the focus and the muscles in the eyes and around them. This allows the mind to release its hold of old thoughts and allow for new ones to arise and also to see things we have not notices yet as we were in a different state of mind or looking for something and discarding all that does not match the search.
  4. Night sight – The cells in our eyes who see best at night are located at the sides of the eyes. Gazing from the sides of the eyes will improve the night sight and shorten the time it takes to adjust to changing light conditions.
  5. Recall – To better recollect an elusive memory – look up and to the left. It is an innate practice to reflect the different spheres of our mind. Use with caution.
