It is simple but not altogether easy.
Place yourself on your fists and toes with your body and head in one straight line.
Breathe sixty breaths while maintaining this position with the least amount of tension in the body and then sit on your shins for ten breaths as you let your arms swing from your breath and shoulders forward and back. Feel the tension and load leaving your body and find your true alignment in time.
Repeat this for ten minutes every day or every other day and after a rather short while you will find your strikes sinking deeper and deeper.
Your breathing should be natural. Let it in time lengthen as you ease into the pressure and how to handle it. Allow the muscles of the face and neck express the tension and then let it go. Energy goes where you direct it.
Through relaxation and alignment you find the strength you have within.
