Hold the blade again using both hands at your hips and keep the blade from moving away from the body and sit down and get up again And finally hold the blade using both hands behind your back and sit down and get up again. Note where you tense up and where your eyes drop down or rise up. Note where you felt more free to move and work on increasing your relaxation by slowing down and paying attention to what happens.
When you feel comfortable doing the most basic movements under some tension you have done some honest work. Roll with the blade and avoid it tickling your insides 🙂
