Take a not too sharp knife and hold it in both hands in the handle and at the tip of the blade. Place the blade at the back of your neck and simply sit down and get up a few times minding not to press the blade at your skin. Place the blade at your adam’s apple (or just the center of your neck if you happen to be a girl) and again sit down and get up a few times. Hold the knife between your legs by pushing your feet together and again sit down and get up a few times and do this as you keep your hands free to work.
Hold the blade again using both hands at your hips and keep the blade from moving away from the body and sit down and get up again And finally hold the blade using both hands behind your back and sit down and get up again. Note where you tense up and where your eyes drop down or rise up. Note where you felt more free to move and work on increasing your relaxation by slowing down and paying attention to what happens.

When you feel comfortable doing the most basic movements under some tension you have done some honest work. Roll with the blade and avoid it tickling your insides 🙂
