Take the neck for example and turn it to the right. Now tense and relax a few times the front, left, right and back of the neck and note how it feels to work in this position. Turn your neck to the left and repeat and so on. This can be done for all the body parts of course and it can be even more beneficial to the work if you have a partner to bend and twist you. Do this standing, sitting and so on and you will not be bound even after several hours of flight or staying prone and looking.
