300 Meters is not much when we consider walking or swimming. It is however more when we climb, crawl, drag and carry.

One very efficient way to prepare for hazardous tasks ahead is to maintain composure and calm under tension. Performing hard tasks while maintaining a calm collective mind is half of the internal battle. At times, it can avert or negate the need for deadly force.

Seven Tasks

  1. Walk 300 meters upwards ( for example climb 100 floors if each one is 3 meters) while doing pyramid breathing (1 1 2 2 3 3 4 — 4 3 3 2 2 1 1 )
  2. Walk on hands/fists and feet 300 meters focusing on exhaling as the mass shifts from limb to limb.
  3. Take someone your own mass and carry them over your shoulders for 300 meters. (much easier without blood and mortars exploding all about)
  4. Walk while in the bottom of the squat for 300 meters
  5. Pull yourself using your arms and a shovel over 300 meters. ( avoid poisonous plants)
  6. Roll from belly to back for 300 meters with alternating directions and minding to let the breath lead
  7. Walk in the half squat for 300 meters – The half squat is where you keep the knees at ninety degrees and your back upright as you walk
